Separator systems according to customer requirements
If no suitable separator system appears in the HEINZMANN IFT portfolio or the customer's request requires a special type of solution, there is the option of a completely customised design of an oil mist separator.
HEINZMANN IFT takes over the planning, calculation and design of your desired product based on a few criteria required by the customer. You have access to a wide range of customisation options, including filter parameters, design variables and effects on the engine (e.g. crankcase pressure, maintenance intervals, etc.).
Of course, you also have the option of having your system designed for open crankcase ventilation, closed crankcase ventilation or active control.
